For 17 years, Francisco was the steady hand on our shop floor. He set the pace on the hard jobs — the ones that never come apart the way the manual says they will — and he set the standard for how they got done safely.
He was the one the other techs looked to when a job got difficult. That kind of steadiness doesn't show up on an invoice, but it's in every repair that left these bays on his watch.
Francisco has taken a position closer to his home, and he goes with our thanks and our blessing. Seventeen years is a career — we were lucky that all of it was spent here.
