Reviews we didn't write
Further down this page is every review our customers left through SureCritic, an independent review service that checked each reviewer was a real customer. When we stopped using the service in October 2026 we copied every one of them here, word for word, the four-star one included. We did not write them, edit them, or leave any out. That is the whole point — a testimonial page a shop assembles for itself is worth very little, and anyone reading one knows it.

The phrase customers reach for most. We are a dealership alternative, and the reason people stay is that the bill matches what was discussed.
Back on the road
A truck that is not moving is not earning. When a part no longer exists, George has fabricated one rather than telling a customer the equipment was finished.

Air line repair
We dropped our class A motorhome to have an air leak fixed. We left to spend the day killing time. We live in our motorhome full time so we had to have the rig back at the end of the day. About 10 miles from the repair facility we got a phone call from the repair facility saying the person who was going to fix our rig was not going to make it in today because his truck broke down and we would have to reschedule for the next day. We spent the rest of the day trying to find a place close to the shop that we could spend the night because of concerns about our air brakes.
We came back to the facility in the afternoon and found the owner George under our rig taking off the leaking part. He took it apart and within an hour he had repaired the part and put it back on our rig. We were extremely satisfied that he kept his promise to repair our rig that same day. Just like his web site says about taking care of air leaks.
