Air AND hydraulic brake service, inspection and repair for tractors, trailers and heavy equipment — the fastest job in the shop and the one that keeps you legal.
Brakes are the work we turn around quickest, and they are the work that puts a truck out of service fastest when they are wrong. An out-of-adjustment pushrod or a leaking chamber is a roadside inspection violation before it is a safety problem, and both cost you the load.
We work on both air and hydraulic brake systems — tractors, trailers, medium-duty trucks and heavy equipment. Foundation brakes, the supply side, and the plumbing between them. If we find something while a truck is in for an inspection, you get told what it is, what it costs, and whether it can wait. We do not sell repairs customers do not need.

Brakes are our quickest common job. Call the shop with your unit and axle count and we will tell you honestly where you sit in the queue — we would rather give you a real answer than book you in and hold your truck.
Yes, and it is the sensible way to do it. The 90-day BIT inspection already requires the brakes be checked and the pushrod stroke measured, so if something is out of spec we are already under the truck with the wheels off.
It can be, and it can also be steering, suspension, or a dragging chamber on one side. Passing an inspection means nothing was out of spec on that day, not that everything is balanced. Bring it in and we will find out which it is rather than guess.
The shop is on Riverside Drive in Lakeside, so the tow is short from most of East County — and a short tow is real money on a truck that will not roll. We take work from across San Diego County.
Call the shop and talk to someone who works on trucks. No call centre, no runaround.
